1. Where is my order?
You can track the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account.
Once shipped, a tracking link is provided in the delivery confirmation email sent to your email address and becomes active within 24 hours. You can also find a personalised delivery estimate in the email, so please allow up to this date for your order to arrive.
2. I've noticed a mistake! Can I change my order?
Once your order is placed and paid for, it will automatically be validated and sent to print. However, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to double check if there's anything we can do.
3. What are your printing and delivery times?
Our turnaround times combine our production time and delivery time. They are based on Monday to Friday working days.
- Photo objects (mugs, cases, badges...), photo prints & calendars: 2 to 3 days
- Wall art: 3 days
- Photobooks: 5 days
DELIVERY TIMES (after printing)
- UK Tracked delivery: 3 - 5 working days
- UK DHL tracked: 1 - 2 working days
- Europe Tracked delivery: 3 - 5 working days
- Europe DHL tracked: 1 - 2 working days
- Worldwide Tracked delivery: 3 - 5 working days
- Worldwide DHL tracked: 1 - 2 working days
4. I'm not happy with my order, what do I need to do?
If you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and we'll be able to find the best solution. Our customer service is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 12pm.
